For this assignment prepare a research paper to address the following: Chapter 14 describes organizational change. Since your business will have to change with technology, consumers, vendors, and market, choose an effective method from your book to handle such change effectively. For example, you may want to address change with your employee with concerns of downsizing, or layoffs. Or you may have older employees who are good workers, just not tech savvy and have to change operating systems.
